2. What data we process and when
This website has no forms and does not collect personal data by itself. We only process your data in these cases:
- Bookings. When you book through the CoverManager platform or by phone: name, phone, email, date, number of guests and any notes you give us.
- Allergies and intolerances. If you tell us about them, we use them only to prepare your food safely.
- Enquiries. When you email or call us: the details you give us so we can reply.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Managing your booking and visit: performance of the service you request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Handling allergies or intolerances: your explicit consent when you tell us (Art. 9.2.a GDPR).
- Replying to enquiries: your consent and our legitimate interest in helping you (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.f GDPR).
- Web analytics, only if you accept it in the cookie notice: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
We do not use your data to send you advertising without your consent, and we make no automated decisions about you.
4. Retention
We keep data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for and, after that, for the periods required by law. Allergy information is used only for the booking concerned.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Some providers process data on our behalf with the safeguards required by the GDPR: the CoverManager booking platform and this website's hosting provider. We do not transfer data outside the EU.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to lacisarestaurant@gmail.com or to our registered address. If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
